Our service operates under the principle of connection before correction, meaning emotional safety, rapport, and trust are prioritised before introducing behavioural expectations or corrective strategies. This approach ensures our clients feel understood and supported, allowing them to engage meaningfully rather than feeling managed or controlled. Building connection first has been foundational to increasing willingness to accept guidance, participate in group environments, and practise pro-social behaviours in real-world settings.

Led by founder David Collis, our programs are designed to be safe, fun, and inclusive, while supporting NDIS participants to achieve their goals.
